How to Book: All attendees are to book their flight directly through their preferred airline site. Please utilize your clinic credit card to purchase your M’Powered Leadership Summit flight. If a personal credit card is used, attendees can file for reimbursement through Concur.
Arrival Date: Please select a flight that arrives prior than 5PM on Sunday, November 17th. Requests to arrive before Sunday, November 17th will be assessed case-by-case.
Please do not book your flight until you have received a formal invitation from the MVP Events Team ([email protected]).
Hotel Details
Hotel Confirmations: All overnight attendees will receive a direct confirmation email from Sheraton Dallas with their reservation details.
Please note this email will be sent to the email included in your registration profile and may have been sent to your spam inbox.
Check-In & Check-Out
If you will be staying at the Sheraton Dallas, please be prepared to present your ID at check-in.
If you have registered for the event, your hotel reservation has been accounted for.

Check-in: 4:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am
Hotel Billing: Guest rooms will be billed to MVP Corporate. Please note you will need to place a credit card down at check-in for any additional in-room purchases or incidentals.
Ground Transportation Details
Uber Vouchers: Please utilize Uber Voucher provided by MVP for your travels to the airport, and from the airport to the hotel. Uber vouchers provided by MVP will be sent out in a separate email closer to the event date.
Once the Uber voucher is accepted from that email it will automatically be applied to your Uber account. Please check your “Other” and “Spam” inbox, the “Focused” inbox may weed the Uber voucher out.

Please follow these instructions if you have not utilized Uber for transportation.
Finding Uber at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW): Riders requesting UberX, UberXL, or Comfort can meet their driver on the Arrivals Curb.
Transportation network providers are located at the upper-level curbside of each terminal.

Parking/Transportation: If you will be driving on your own to the event, please plan to utilize the self-park options.
Tuesday 11/19 Airport Shuttles: We will have shuttles available at 1pm for return transportation to the airport on Tuesday afternoon. The shuttles will loop between the event venue and the airport until all attendees have departed. The first set of airport shuttles will depart at 1pm on Tuesday afternoon.
Additional shuttles will depart every hour on the hour until 4pm.
Uber vouchers will not be redeemable starting at 1pm on Tuesday 11/19. Please utilize the shuttles for your return transportation during this time. Uber charges for return transportation outside of 1-4pm can be uploaded into Concur for reimbursement.
